I eat healthy, I think you can make almost anything healthy , however
I don't need you to necessarily eat the same .
In the USA People get fat and disease. The USA has non nutritious food. It is best to cook at home and have a Garden and fruit trees.
I am into health, herbs, Naturopathic medicine, and authentic Chinese
